MELLICH's native rapeseed oil is a completely natural product. Pressed directly from the Aquarel rapeseed varieties and other proven varieties, it contains no preservatives. Thanks to the particularly gentle, low-oxygen production process, MELLICH's rapeseed oil has a stronger antioxidant effect than conventional oils. With less oxygen in the oil, the antioxidants it contains can develop their full potential.
For this reason, it should be handled with particular care: Store the oil in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat sources. This will preserve its quality and flavor for a long time.
Tasting note:
MELLICH's native rapeseed oil boasts a brilliant robe with magnificent golden yellow reflections. It has an elegant fruity, nutty bouquet. On the palate, it is wonderfully creamy and not overly strong. Ideal with light appetizers and salads, raw or steamed fish, and mussels.
